FAQ
Voici les réponses aux questions les plus fréquentes concernant l’organisation, la planification et la réalisation de chasses au trésor comme prochaine activité de teambuilding.
What is it that we will do?
During the event, teams will embark on a treasure hunt through Paris’s beautiful and historic streets. Along the way, they will encounter famous landmarks and hidden gems and will be presented with challenges, problems, and carefully prepared questions.
Participants will also be required to take photos and perform various tasks while competing against other teams to complete the hunt in the shortest possible time.
Once the treasure hunt is complete, teams will reassemble and submit their files to our professional guide for marking. This will be followed by a wrap-up and award ceremony for the winners.
Is it for everyone?
Treasure Hunt Paris is suitable for anyone who likes fun, competition, legends, and history, especially those who want to know the city from a different angle.
It is not a physically demanding activity, and there is no advantage whether you´re a male or female (although it is general knowledge that men are better at hiding and women are better at searching), and it is suitable for all ages.
Where do we play?
The activity/game takes place in the historical and vibrant areas of Paris, where the teams clash with the most famous monuments, the most interesting legends and breathtaking history.
There are two routes that you can choose from:
- Louvre, Tuileries, Palais Royal Area and the Ile de Cité (City Island)
- Montmartre: Sacré Coeur, Abbesses and Moulin Rouge
We will introduce you to the facts that will keep you wondering and details you will remember forever. You will get to see the most famous monuments but also places you would not usually get to!
With whom do the teams compete?
The teams compete with each other. This means that your company/department/group will be divided into teams of which, believe it or not, no one will want to end up the last. Enjoy your colleagues worked up by this game.
What do we need?
Each team must have at least one camera (a phone camera is sufficient).
Your group should dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to have fun and share plenty of laughs.
What do we need?
We always strive to be flexible and cater to our client’s specific needs. Typically, the game commences at a predetermined location, such as the Place du Carrousel by the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, a local pub or restaurant in the historic district, your company address, or a hotel.
Following a brief introduction, your group will be divided into teams, either by yourselves or by our coordinator. Then, our coordinator will provide you with an explanation of the rules, necessary information and a special envelope containing the questions, assignments, and decoder. The individual tasks are designed to test your cartography and orientation skills, creativity, competitiveness, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What is the minimum number of participants?
To ensure the treasure hunt is fun, entertaining and challenging, we require a minimum of 9 participants.
How long does the treasure hunt last?
The event typically lasts about 2.5 hours, but we can adjust it to accommodate your needs.
Itinerary:
- Gather in the agreed location
- Introductions/Ice breakers/Rules – about 20 minutes
- The game – 90-120 minutes
- Team Building wrap-up, discussion – about 30 minutes
- Lunch/Dinner/Drinks at a local restaurant or pub (optional)
